1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and jaya8 ("jaya8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at jaya8.io ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jaya8 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by this Agreement and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jaya8 Platform and close your account if one has already been created. Your continued use of jaya8 following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

To register an account and use the jaya8 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jaya8 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years and will conduct verification checks to confirm user age. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately and all funds returned to the originating payment method.
• You must be a natural person accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment. Registration by companies, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities is not permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from jaya8 or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily or as a result of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep that information up to date at all times.
• You must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from the jaya8 Platform for any reason.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one active jaya8 account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. jaya8 employs technical and manual detection measures to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jaya8 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus funds, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.2 Registration Information

At registration, you must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, your date of birth, a mobile number, and your preferred payment method details. All information provided must be accurate and consistent with your government-issued identity documents. jaya8 may at any time request copies of supporting documents including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate to verify the details provided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jaya8 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jaya8 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as activity carried out by you. You must notify jaya8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jaya8 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit identity verification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed. jaya8 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Standard KYC documents accepted include Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jaya8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jaya8 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jaya8 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit accepted on jaya8 is ৳100. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though jaya8 may impose individual account deposit limits as part of its responsible gaming controls or at its sole discretion for risk management purposes. Deposits are credited to your jaya8 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. jaya8 targets same-day processing for mobile wallet withdrawals submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Processing times for bank card withdrawals may be longer depending on the issuing bank. jaya8 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.

4.4 Funds Ownership

You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of third parties, or receiving funds from third parties for the purpose of gambling on jaya8, is strictly prohibited. jaya8 reserves the right to carry out source-of-funds checks and to request evidence that deposited funds are legally obtained.

4.5 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. jaya8 may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of up to ৳100 to inactive accounts once the inactivity threshold is reached, provided the account balance is sufficient. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period. jaya8 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder by email prior to applying any inactivity fee.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on jaya8 are final once confirmed on screen. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming a wager. jaya8 is not responsible for errors made by users when placing bets, including incorrect stake amounts or unintended selections.

5.2 Odds and Pricing

Odds displayed on the jaya8 sportsbook are subject to change at any time up until a bet is confirmed. The odds at which your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to your wager. jaya8 offers live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals) and other sports, where odds fluctuate continuously in response to match events.

5.3 Void Bets

jaya8 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted as a result of a pricing error, system fault, or obvious mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance. Bets may also be voided if the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or does not reach a result stage as defined in the applicable sport-specific rules.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

jaya8 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, bet types, sports markets, or casino games. Where a maximum payout limit applies, it will be communicated within the relevant game or betting market. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout limit will not be credited to your account.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by jaya8 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. Where bonus-specific terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the bonus-specific terms shall take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unmet bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jaya8 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other users to exploit promotional terms. jaya8 reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

6.4 Promotion Amendments

jaya8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Such amendments will not affect bets or bonus claims already confirmed prior to the change taking effect.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaya8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such issues must be reported immediately to [email protected].
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime using the jaya8 Platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies specifically designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome through the abuse of bonus terms.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or as part of a commercial betting operation.
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jaya8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and page layouts — is the exclusive property of jaya8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the jaya8 Platform without the express prior written consent of jaya8. The jaya8 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of jaya8 and may not be used without written authorisation.

9. Privacy

jaya8 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jaya8 shall not be held responsible for any interruptions, delays, or errors resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, government actions, or acts of nature.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of jaya8 to any user for all claims arising out of or related to the use of the Platform exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your jaya8 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure of your account, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled according to their outcomes and any resulting winnings will be included in the final balance calculation.

12.2 Termination by jaya8

jaya8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute; or any other circumstances that jaya8 reasonably considers to warrant account action. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms & Conditions violations, jaya8 reserves the right to forfeit account balances.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jaya8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jaya8 will notify registered users by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for security, legal, or regulatory reasons. Your continued use of the jaya8 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.
